Hose rings

Hose rings are made from extruded hollow profile. The assembly process is carried out in the same way as for round cord rings.

Accordingly, almost any desired dimension can be produced without incurring moulding costs. The advantage of tubular rings is that they can compensate for larger irregularities. There is also the option of influencing the resistance with additional filling elements.

Individual hardness

Hose rings can be filled with round sponge rubber cord. This variant allows the seal to be customised in terms of hardness.

Increased compressibility

The hollow space in the hose profile increases the compressibility of the seal. The resistance or hardness of the seal increases with increasing wall thickness.
