In principle, all commercially available elastomer qualities can be hot vulcanized. This processing enables barely visible vulcanization spots, which are characterised by their tensile strength and individual resistance. During the process of hot vulcanization of seals, elastomers are permanently bonded together under high pressure and temperature conditions.

The advantages of hot vulcanization lie in the barely visible vulcanization points and the almost identical chemical and thermal properties of the vulcanization points. In addition, seals can be produced in almost all dimensions.

Customised gaskets made using the hot vulcanization process are suitable for static applications. Thanks to the good price-performance ratio, even very small quantities or individual items can be produced.
